Must be booked in advance so I bring the correct equipment.

In each massage I incorporate a variety of techniques including very light effleurage, relaxing Swedish massage, tapotement, or deep tissue pressure. It is very important to me that we work together to ensure your session is relaxing, effective and comfortable. I will check in frequently to make sure you are happy with the pressure levels being used. Feel free to let me know in advance or anytime during the massage if you would prefer lighter or firmer pressure. Communication is key to a relaxing and renewing massage therapy session!
I have a special heart for working with elderly clients and those with chronic illness or undergoing cancer treatment. I have special training in working with this population and special training in lymphatic drainage massage for cancer or plastic surgery patients also.
Special Note to my pregnant clients – Congratulations! I’m looking forward to working with you during this exciting and sometimes uncomfortable time of your life. I am happy to work with you any time after your first trimester. Please make sure you mention massage therapy to your doctor or mid-wife before our session to verify that it is safe for you to receive massage. I understand the importance of massage during pregnancy, so I do not charge extra for this service. I will gladly come to your location with all the extra pillows needed to make your extra comfy during our session. Please let me know when booking so I bring the extra supplies needed.
