Life Happens. I understand the rare need to cancel an appointment. For those times when you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment you can cancel online or leave me a voicemail or text.
For those times when you need to cancel within 24 hours of you appointment please call me at 703-477-7552 or send me a text message.
Generally, I do not charge a cancellation fee unless it becomes a pattern – more than 2 cancellations less than 24 hours prior to appointment within 2 months. If this is the case I will require a credit card to book your appointment and a cancellation less than 24 hours prior to appointment will result in your credit card being charged the full rate of the appointment.
If I unexpectedly need to cancel an appointment within less than 24 hours due to illness, family or work emergencies, I will give you $20 off your next appointment and help you reschedule as soon as possible. Unfortunately, given my day job in public safety this sometimes, though rarely, does happen.
*****Weather****
Suzy Snowflake and Jack Frost can wreak havoc. If Fairfax County schools are closed or dismiss early/cancel afternoon and evening activities your appointment will likely be cancelled. I will let you know ASAP. There is no discount on your rescheduled appointment if it was cancelled due to weather. I am a mobile therapist so I must consider my safety on the roads when traveling.
